AFAIK, we only disagree on matters of education; I see it as a dog-eat-dog competition and view the correct selection of school as being a competitive advantage, on the use of French in Canada, with which I am familiar due to having a francophone family, some of whom live in French in Vancouver, and on the kindness and innocence of Meghan Markle. If there is anything substantive on which we are in dispute, please advise.

Well over the last several years I have seen numerous threads about UK teachers wanting to move to Canada and continue teaching. I am astounded that we have not yet seen one reply by one of these posters saying these were one of these people and getting a job as a teacher was easy as they spoke English and were educated in England and that in their opinion they were better qualified than a Canadian teacher. I think there has been the odd question similar to this posed by Nurses, Engineers, Police Officers, Doctors, Electricians, Plumbers etc etc.

Has the OP made any claim of this sort? I don't see it so please point me to the post.

I think your reading skills are deteriorating or just being your usual obtuse self. This poster has not secured a teaching job in Canada so how can they be one of the posters I was referencing.

To get back on track to the OP question. The reality is that getting a teaching job in Canada as an immigrant will be extremely challenging. It's not impossible, but it will take a long time (years not months) unless you are extremely lucky. If you don't need that reliable income during that period then it might be doable. If you need that income to support you and your family then, my conclusion is that it is not feasible.
