Yes do not worry about getting a job, that's the easy part. Finding a place to live.... Good luck, the housing situation is dire right now and only getting worse.

Arrive early or expect to pay upward of 700/800 for a shared room. There is a possibility of nothing and I mean literally nothing being avaliable if you arrive Nov time

And don't plan on surrounding towns to have much availability either. I've been seeing rooms down this was going for as much as 900 per month.
