Fedex Question for sending docs to CHC

Might be a daft question this, but when you send docs via Fedex (to CHC London), if you schedule a pickup from your house, does it need to be ready packed in one of those Fedex cardboard envelope things? Or does the Fedex man bring one for you to put it in?

You can tell them you need an envelope and an international way bill when you arrange the pick up and the driver will bring one to you. Make sure you have all the information you need ready, such as consignee address so the driver is not kept hanging around.

I think I'm gonna go with UPS - there's a UPS Store 5 mins up the road and it's about $30 cheaper than FedEx....
