Default Employment in Nova Scotia

For those of you in Nova Scotia, I'd like to know a bit more about teh ease at which you found employment.

How easy / difficult did you find it to get a job ?
Was there much difference between the actual position and salary (percentage) from you previous job in the UK ?
What sector is your role in ?

Thanks in anticipation

Kentville is lovely as I remember. We visited when we were over in 2006. We were staying down in Port George in a lovely cottage but we toured the area quite a bit
