Is anybody going to the Emigrate show in York this weekend?

Is this as big as the one earlier this year?

Thanks

hi

can you confirm the dates of the show, i have 19th, 20th, and 21st (Saturday),

Does anybody know if it is on Sunday as well?
also is it worth taking 3 teenagers to have a look or are they going to be bored stupid?
Oh and what time does it finish on Saturday cos I have to work until 12 noon, although my hubby says we will be there by 1.30pm ?

Susiequ, we are hoping to have a look but we're not sure at the moment

We went to the sandown one once. Infact thats what started the ball rolling re emigrating. We went to look at spanish properties and an immigration consultant were doing a 'Buy one get one free 'plane ticket to anywhere in canada in conjunction with Zoom. We went. We were sold. We decided to emigrate!
My question is.... Sandown's a bit far for me but id like to go again. Does anyone know if they have these nearer home... North west?
Actually York might be a nice day out! it isnt that far. Where about is it?...the exhibition that is

Hi Patsy
I believe it's at York racecourse, which is well signposted on most roads going into York.

We will probably be going on Saturday, via Warrington also. With the M62 as it is and the road around Leeds being hectic I would say it is at least 1.5 hours. Lets hope it is not a waste of time and money. If so, we will probably have a day around York.

Would any one have a view as to whether this show is worth while visiting, if coming from the Midlands (Coventry). It looks like it could be a 3/4 hour trip each way depending on traffic.

Hi
I guess it can't hurt to try and make more contacts. We went to Sandown as I said and we are from the midlands so it was a really long day.
best of luck :)
