just had to tell someone,

After being let down, and the sale of our house falling through. We have just accepted another offer and we are supposed to be signing papers on Tuesday, after that they have 7 days to back out, (French Law).

The estate agent is so sure of a sale she has taken the photo of the house out of her window :blink: :blink:

please keep your fingers crossed for us :rofl::rofl:

I misread your post as "she has taken a photo out of her window" and wondered what the significance of this was, do all french estate agents have to do this maybe. If so it was lucky she lived opposite your house, or maybe it was the car window?.... You see my problem here? :ohmy::lol:
