drive across canada
 

having just driven from ottawa to vancouver via pembroke,thunder bay,sudbury,saulte st. marie,fort francis,winnipeg,brandon,regina,medicine hat,calgary,canmore,kamloops i can see why people want to be in vancouver or toronto....we also did ottawa to halifax last year ....so coast to coast......so many towns looking the same....same old same old.....the changing landscapes were amazing but the towns/cities....well who'd want to be there....even vancouver with the offer of $200k + a year is not great until you start to look around west van and some of north van and then things look up a bit.........anyway having left rural kanata i can say ottawa and its rural suburbs have alot going for them......maybe we just want to head back to NZ but will give vancouver a go first...each to their own...........cheers
