dogs fly alone

Hi Everyone,
can anyone tell me if my dog can't fly on my flight, can my dog go on another flight on her own? We are flying with Air Canada.

If your dog goes unattended so to speak it will cost far more than taking him/her as extra luggage (which is affectively how they treat it). From what I have seen it can run into £thousands if not with you.

Plenty of threads about this if you search under pets/canada

Hope this helps.

Dear Wensamjam:

I presume you're flying from the UK to Canada? Your dog can definitely go on the AC flight with you, but you normally have to book the dog onto the plane about 4 weeks in advance. This is because they only have space for about 3 animals per flight, so if there's room then there's no problem.
