does the 1095 Exception rule apply here?
I am a Canadian PR for almost 3 years and 1 month. I have stayed in Canada for almost 1 year and 6 months. I have been accompanying my Canadian Citizen husband - who is on TN in USA. I have naturally had TD for 1 year and 7 months. Now my question is, if I apply for my Canadian Citizenship, will the stay in USA be considered under the exceptional circumstances to the 1095 Exception rule?
Advice needed.
TIA.
