Not quite.

As the OP was talking about a UK license, I did not mention inter provincial movement. It was already in the document linked to for all to read.

IEC holders can only drive for 12 months on a UK license, the 2nd year they have to have an AB license.

Temp workers on Ag schemes (SAWP) have 12 months.

You said any Brit, including TWP, had to swap within 90 days. That was the part that was not quite correct. Those people have a choice. In addition, SAWP temp workers can't swap, because they're not deemed to be living in Alberta (see links before).
