do rentals include property tax?
 
Just doing some budgeting. I know utilities aren't included but is property tax included in rental prices that you see?

It makes quite a difference as doesn't property tax amount to $1500-$3500 per year?

It's been included in all the rentals I know of.

Property tax for a rental is the landlords responsibility.
