Elite should be able to give you the names of who they use as first stop, who will then give you detailed procedure for that side. You will be paying separately for far side customs clearance and transport to your new home, plus any gov duties taxes, bear this in mind for your total budget. Your detailed inventory is very important, customs dont like mistakes. I brought my car and goods over to South Africa 2 yrs ago - Elite did their bit for GBP1400 (RSA18000) final cost at door about RSA28000, so had to pay about 700GBP extra local costs. - just to give you an idea. Also check cCalgary government website, should have all the detail you need for bringing in your goods.
