Well its not section 69 of the Criminal Code of Canada so its more likely to be a Provincial Statute which will NOT AFFECT your PR application as the convictions must be under a FEDERAL Statute.

I'm intrigued now ....what was your friend's side of the story, ie, what did he do (or what did they claim he did) to deserve that level of attention from the door staff?

Well.... It was his leaving do. He's moving to Ontario this week. We got him kinda drunk and he fell asleep at the bar. He was trying to get them to wait til I came back from the toilet but they wouldn't have any of it! Just bullies when they're ganged up. Just like back home.....

So Im assuming you got a ticket for it? STOP means STOP in other words all 4 wheels have to come to a complete STOP.

Yeah I know. But at 6am when there's next to no traffic.... I slowed but didn't stop :-(
