Dilema

After going through a shipping agent and explaining that i have no address to send my barrels to. They told me that its ok, so i ordered 2 barrels and now when its time for them to collect them they said if there isn't a permanent address in canada where i'll be staying it means they cannot send them off.

I cant give them a ficticious address. Any thoughts

I'd call the shipyard they're getting delivered to and find out if you can
temporarily store them at the docks then you'll have a pier address.

We were allowed to do this - though they do charge to keep them for you - not too much though I can't remember the actual price.
