Yes the rear seats do fold down in the Camry but the pass through from the trunk is so small that about all you could get through is a couple of pairs of skis.
The trunk in the Camry is about a third smaller than a regular Camry, not an issue for just the two of us, but could be an issue if you have kids and taking it on vacation.
