I'm an expat from Rugby via Northampton, B'ham, Northampton and Milton Keynes....only arrived in Canada in June....so a bit behind you, but 'hi' anyway! Bet your experience was a bit different to ours. Pre internet must've been interesting........what do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking.
