when I was in England a couple of weeks ago, the make up wipes I use were 2 pounds 80 pence as opposed to $10 here!

Food is definately cheaper there too!

Take away the $2 and that's what we've been paying for the last few weeks.

I have no idea what a cucumber costs. I feel I am missing out.

Pimms if you like it, you cant buy it here. Lots of adapters if you want to bring lamps, although darling hubby found a lamp kit in Rhona and rewired my favourite lamp yesterday, love him for that.
Def Bisto gravy granules.
Spray deodorant if you want the stuff that works without leaving white marks.

I would say squash but in fact I'm quite glad you can't get it as it means that my boys have been drinking water instead which is so much better for them!!

Decent furniture rather than believing you'll replace it cheaply over here.

Tetley is a leading brand and sold in all the supermarkets here.

I have attached links to Sobeys and Atlantic Superstore websites and flyers for a browse. Our supermarkets are so close together and I check the flyers. Why pay full price for steak/salmon/chicken/CHEESE etc when along the road it is half price for a week.

www.atlanticsuperstore.ca
www.sobeys.com

We also get weekly flyers delivered for Sears, Canadian Tire, Walmart, The Brick, Zellers, Lawtons, Shoppers Drugmart, Sportcheck, Central, Home Hardware, and random others. Makes sense to browse then for bargains especially when they are so close together in our town.
