Im curious as to if this a Provincial Government Agency that you apply through or is this strictly a private sector entity?

Ive just googled it. It’s a not for profit regulatory body. So not officially local government but adhering strictly to provincial guidelines.

I did think today that my SIN card proves I have permanent status as the number doesn’t start with a 9. But that would be too complicated for them!

In 30 days it will say 125 days. You have to apply for expedited processing if you want it reasonably soon.

Expidited processing is not applicable for anything other than emergency travel...anything else..you wait.
