Company Incorporation Alberta
Thinking of incorporating a couple of limited liability companies in Alberta. One would be for receiving consulting services income, the other for a website based enterprise. They would have to be registered in accordance with provincial regs and to do this it seems the options are DIY, non lawyer services and traditional lawyer. I would not want the home address to be used for the website company so this would need an address service. If necessary I will check with a lawyer, before doing this would be interesting to hear about +ve/-ve experiences of this type of arrangement/process?

Re: Company Incorporation Alberta
Are you sure that you are required to Incorporate? Unless there's a reason you want to incorporate, there's no real need. :)

Thanks for the links. There isn't any requirement to incorporate, the reasons are to limit liability/protect personal assets and plan for tax. Founded seem as good as anyone for this. They don't do an address service but there are the likes of anytimemailbox which provide an office address complying with legal requirements.

Perhaps wait for those living in Alberta who can suggest alternatives. |
