You could examine the inside of the Wooly, in Guelph, one weekday lunchtime. If you did that I, and perhaps HGerchikov, could advise you on biting flying things, ice dams, tornadoes and other local joys. Of course, it depends how far above Toronto you'll be; if you're in North Bay you'll already have experienced all of that.

Count me in - if you were so inclined.

Not the south end. Much better. Paisley starts downtown but I'd guess they're out west, the other side of the Hanlon Expressway, near Costco. A bit featureless but one bus to all kinds of trouble, er, I mean, wholesome cultural activities.

There is a new building on the corner of Paisley and Elmira - so right next to Costco. There is an LCBO there too - so what more do you need?

Re: Coming for recce - Ontario
That LCBO doesn't keep Pride but that plaza does include a CAA office which would be useful if one were about to visit a country where they don't speak English or French and want to drive there. The whole south side of Paisley seems to be is new, mostly rental, buildings, one sign offers "New Luxury Rental Townhomes" - they look nice but have a view of the bins. New rental developments seem to be in fashion, there are lots in Orangeville too. Anyway, for all that end of Paisley is handy for Costco, it's a long way from Trapper's Alley and the Stampede Ranch.

I know it's a new apartment, I know it's got climate control, in suite laundry, a balcony, solar panels, a gym, bbq and a dog park lol. It's good there is a bus that's handy as she will need that. Mr Piff is still deciding on meeting, he is the less outgoing of us, I'll keep nudging, I think it will be good to get the down low and to put faces to names, I mean we've been talking for eons!
