Citizenship test next week - any tip ???
Hi,
Got my invitation for the citizenship test today to sit the test next week.
I am now in a bit of a panic, as I realize I do not know enough to pass.
Anyone got any tips to taking the test and keep my sanity ?
GW

You might also need to know the Canadian average annual ketchup consumption and where the basement is located in a three storey house.

Excellent responses so far
Mine is a little boring in comparison. I wouldn't use the online tests, that's all I used, and hubby read the book repeatedly, he found the test easier than I did. I did get some benefit from it, but still read the book.

IMHO the citizenship test is more a test of your ability to read and understand in one of the two languages, the book is the test material being evaluated, it just happens to be about Canada

Thanks to everyone who replied.
My test is tomorrow. I have read as much as I can, and now know more about Canadian history than my Canadian wife does.
Roll on tomorrow - wish me luck !
See you on the other side :-)

Read the book , you don't have to learn the anthem or the oath as you'll get a crib sheet . Best of luck and 75% is the magic number .
