Default CIBC/TD versus other big banks

Is there some difference between CIBC/TD versus other major banks (RBC, BMO and Scotia).
I was talking to Questrade customer services sometime back and these 2 sounded better... either to make my transfers quicker or for authenticating... or something of that sort.. I can't remember for the life of me.
I arrived in Canada a few months back, and just started out with BMO thinking there's not much to choose between these 5 banks. If anything they are the oldest bank.
I am re-considering, but can't find any notes in the BE Wiki pages or elsewhere to confirm this...
Or is it something to do with Visa debit these banks may offer... any advice would be much appreciated.

CIBC. TD and the others are all 'big banks' with little difference between them..

Any reason why PC Financial doesn't get mentioned along with the traditional players?
