Changing Bunac Programme
 

Hello,

I am currently registered on this years work Canada bunac programme but unfortunately due to a change in circumstances I may not be able to leave before the January 31st deadline.

I was wondering if anybody knew if it was possible for me to get on next years programme if I were to cancel this one? I remeber seeing somewhere that the non-student visa can only be done once, but, as I haven't yet been granted a visa (or even sent in complete application) does this still apply?

Also, as I live close to Manchester city centre I have never really needed to drive, so, do not have a licence. I am planning to stay with family most of the year, but I don't want to be relying on them as a taxi service so I'm curious as to whether or not I can obtain a license in Calgary? I'd of course expect to have to do all the tests ect.
