Default CETA & Professional Recognition

Whilst following the BREXIT saga, I read up on CETA (the "Canada Deal" some are talking about for the UK) via a handy link on the BBC.

Interestingly that includes improved reciprocity for professional qualifications.

Anyone here have any updated knowledge on this? CETA took effect September 2018, so maybe the trickle down isn't there yet. I doubt the entrenched interests would give ground without an almighty shove from the feds via the province, or a tasty legal case with costs awarded.
