hi, i too was a assistant manager in supported living up to a couple years back. From what i have looked into, there is alot of supported living for people with learning disabilities, and are miles ahead of us. They don't recognise the english qualifications, but am sure there is lots of training available (don't know if you need any fomal training). The only areas i looked into was ontario (gta areas). Good luck!
