In much of Toronto $1m Canadian is the price of a semi-detached house much the same as the ones in the rest of the street. Interior pictures aren't that useful because they're all the same anyway. If a house costs $500,000 then you want interior pictures, to see if the required repairs seem cosmetic or structural.
