Canada Pension
Hi I have my Canada pension automatically going into my bank in Canada but after my house sells I’d like it to come to bank in U.K. Question when that happens do I file my taxes in U.K. or Canada then

Re: Canada Pension
Normally you file taxes to the country in which you are residing in so if living permanently in the UK then it would be the UK.

What taxes you have to pay in Canada (if any) https://www.canada.ca/en/services/be...ore-apply.html This page may be of use to you too :) https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-age...t-seniors.html Be aware that you may have withholding taxes from the sale of your house.. read the 'leaving Canada' part of this wiki section for details https://britishexpats.com/wiki/Tax_a...e_Sales-Canada |
