Canada in one word
HI
As part of the appliaction i wrote a short letter saying why i wanted to move to Canada, what the gains where, what i liked about canada. In the summing up of the letter i put if i had to sum up Canada in one word it would be "family" as throught out the endless web sites, papers and books i have spent months looking at , this is the one thing that seams uppermost in Canada? to all you senoir memebers? if you had to sum up Canada in one word what would it be? It explains using data that the last seven years have done absolutely nothing to change the state of the nation except that the UK is burdened with more debt both personally and governmentally. The feel good factor is a myth which is related to paper increase wealth on housing which will dissapate over time and then we are left with the results. Labour has outwardly followed on from the ground work that the Thatcher days laid down (Blair has Thatcher as a hero/herion (is that correct spelling?)) and the two policies of Conservatism and Socialism has pulled the UK apart. I always thought the days of people being paid for doing nought were over but I was wrong. It is all to do with number crunching and image making. If the Labour party get in again it is likely that the direction of policy makers will change mid stream due to a change at the head and likely towards more of a socialism ideaoligy ...god help the middle earners (nothing to do with class) who will then pay the bill left from the ashes. Quietly today it was reported that during the last three months alone 150,000 companies have made movements towards filing for bankruptcy. Mid-week news was labour's idea of paying mothers £12,500 per year to stay at home and look after the children. Nothing wrong with the idea in a wealthy country. There are 3 million people below the poverty line in the UK. Would it not be better to address this first. No as it does not catch votes. My one word for the UK is Rip-Off (hope it counts as it's hyphernated!) Now if I was a wealthy man I would not care where I lived as the world would be at my disposal. |
