The only three that really stand out in Canada are:

Queens
University of Toronto (Rotman)
University of Western Ontario (Ivey)

There are plenty of other places, but the increasing abundance of people with MBA's is making the choice of school all the more important.

Dalhousie has a new MBA program that sounds like it will be quite good.

Simon Fraser also has a good business school.
