Canada entry with I-551

I wonder if you clear this out for meÃ¢â‚¬Â¦

I received a Green Card in a form of I-551 stamp on the I-94 card with a picture a month ago.
My national passport has expired and I donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t have a Travel Passport.
Can I enter Canada for 5 days as tourist with such a Green Card? Will they let me in without valid passport?
