so upset we're gonna miss it , we don't go till the 19th , got my cousin to get my canada towel from zeller's though :D

I love Canada Day - all that patriotic flag waving - wonderful stuff!! My son is shocked that England doesn't have an England Day.

We just moved today so will be cursing that there are no shops open to get the numerous things we need. And trying to shove a fridge into a space that is 3/4inch too narrow. B***er.

The only fireworks will be me at the man who measured the space (Mr B, sadly, so I can't take the fridge back even...).

ahhh yes Canada day in quebec is also the unofficial moving day... is that the same else where in the country?
