Can anyone be less technnical
 

I just want to ask onething. Its not for me and I understand this thing as I have been following this forum for long. But their are always so many people asking same question again and again. I dont blams them as 1) every case is unique 2) most of the ppl get confused by terms like AOR, assessment, Case transfer, File transfer to interview location(some of them are not so technical I know). For the betterment of all those new people can any technical person. Mr. Miller, Mr. Jim provide a clear processing times from Buffale( I know it will be average as no one knows this):

Please make it clear rhe difference between interview scheduling, time taken for file transfer from buffale to a interview location, time taken by a post to schedule interviews etc. If possible put it as a permanent post or something so that we may discuss some better issues here and all learn in the process and get less redundant.
