Can anyone help with this please
 

Hi i have a few questions here so any help with any of them is appreciated

My girlfriend lives in toronto and i am trying to move to canada but i can figure out the LICO to see what she would need to sponsor me as we are intending to get married very soon

can someone tell me what she would need to earn ?... she lives in belleville which i believe is classed as a Rural area and she has a son who is classed as her dependant

any help on that would be great

Also ... would i be able to work if i got sponsored so as to ease financial burden or would i need to get a work visa as well ?

Your girlfriend cannot sponsor you anymore as a fiancée as "Fiancée category"
has been eliminated. If you cannot prove the common-law relationship (at least
1 year of cohabitation) or a year long conjugal relationship then you must get
married first before you can be sponsored. When sponsoring a spouse, common-law
spouse/partner or conjugal partner the minimum income requirement is waived.

So as a congugal partner who cant live permanent in the country would say 1 and a 1/2 years going back and forth count as a year living together ??

also there is no limit on the income yes? so if she was on a low wage that wouldnt matter ?

just that i saw the government website and it says the old rules i take it

just want to know how i can move over when there are so many problems with visas etc

shes on a low wage at the moment and we have been seeign each other for 4 months me going back and forth but i could stay there for 6 months at a time no problem ad build up the time
