I will be visiting Vancouver on business this month (with a couple of days for 'pleasure' thrown in).

Any suggestions?

Hi Calgal,
Were only hopeful vancouverites , but on the fact finding tour.
We enjoyed the 'beefburger', ( or is it called the lookout ), it has an external lift and great views, granville island was great, street entertainers, there's a great donut place in the market, and evenings there was a great restuarant, mainly fish, agghhh I can't remember the name, but it was upstairs.

'Touristy' we did the :-
aquarium, capliano bridge, stanley park & grouse mountain.
Have a good trip.
Cheers
Jerry

The Vancouver page of my travel website has my ideas on how to divide up your time in Vancouver. In addition to that, my Vancouver page has links to wonderful websites that Vancouverites have created about their city.

So glad to hear it. Thought I was the only one for a moment!

Have fun. (Some of the townhomes in Port Moody are stunning. Great single family homes like a dream in Anmore and amazing homes in Silver Ridge and Rock Ridge (Maple Ridge)

Just a thought ...
