Calgary Dentist

Is there any good sites to find a decent dentist in Calgary?

The GP I found/available on the Alberta website is not great.

This website has reviews for most Calgary GPs, dentists, etc

This is the one I use: Southport Dentistry

As you will see, it is located by the intersection of Macleod Trail and Southland Drive. The Southland C-Train station is a 2 minute walk away

Best bet is probably to use word of mouth. Ask people you know for recomendations.

Many of the better ones may not be taking on new clients anyway (maybe more GPs than dentists...), although a referral from an existing client can sometimes open a door that would otherwise be closed to you.

How many bad dentists are there out there anyway? The main complaint is always expense, and there is certainly a spread in what dentists charge, so thats worth asking about up front.

I had a terrible dentist experience in Calgary. Four unnecessary fillings, resulting in a botched root canal, with an emergency visit to a surgical endodontist.

I went from having perfect teeth, without a single filling or cavity, to now - where I have ongoing constant dental pain, a molar that needs to be capped, and an incisor that is dead, among other things.

Thanks I am also asking around my friends. I have good teeth so I don't want some Dentist telling me I can make them look better etc they work fine I don't care if two of them are slightly squint or need whitened.
