buying a car in regina
 

Ok ive searched and read lots of different info on this so just looking to get it right
when i move to regina I'm gonna need a car, I've been looking at prices and its pretty expensive so i found an auction which looks like it could work out well.
i have a bit of mechanical knowledge so i hope i won't buy a lemon.
i keep reading to make sure the sask tax is paid. if I'm in an auction how would i know and how much would this cost if it wasn't, after buying the car i need to register it but the registration inc basic insurance is that correct or do i need more insurance on top of that, any info will help on this many thanks
