Brintnell refers to the extreme northeast part of the city of Edmonton. It is largely undeveloped at this time, but major development (housing) is about to start.... so it is a very new part of the city.

This is about Brintnell Landing:

....If interested, I can tell you plenty about that part of Edmonton.

Hmmmm, sounds like it might be it. We were sent details of a property listed as being Brintnell but no additional info. It does look like a new build so it could be. if you could tell me about the area that would be great - I have heard that NE is not a good place to live in Edmonton but if this is a new area it might be different??

Brintnell is very close to Londonderry and Clairview. Both areas are dominated by lower income workers.

Generally, I would want to avoid northeast Edmonton. Housing costs are lower there for a reason.... that part of town is less desirable with crappier housing stock than most other parts of Edmonton. I'm not impressed by the rendering for Brintnell Landing.... more crap townhomes.
