No,why? Do you think there will be a problem?
I could ring them and try and do it.

The only problem COULD be not getting seats together, my advice is try and prebook if you have kids.

Woh woh Stop just there...If you land in Calgary at 11.30 and don't take off for 3 hours, take it that Manchester is gospel, that means to travel from London to Toronto and fly on to Vancouver would be 5 hours LESS the time taken for the 2 hours waiting at Pearson (who's missing) doesn't that mean that the 13.43 plane from Calgary takes the obligatory 7 hours flight time over Venice at 2,000 feet without jumping out to cadge a lift in a small boat? Or am I jumping up the wrong bark tree?

Steve,

I think you forgot to take in to account that Jolly Jumbuck you've got in your tucker bag.

Hope that makes it easier to calculate. the cosine of the angle of the planes wings in relation to the flight path and the ley lines it will pass over.

And as for the MASS CONFUSSION that will be casued by North America changing when they change their clocks to DST , ie making it 3 weeks earlier, that will throweveryone into chaos. (and then again in Autumn when they do it 1 week later than previsouly!)

Ughh

I've noticed a lot of charters and cheapies add in an hour or two to their arrival time, because they just *know* there'll be delays. And then if they do get there on time, you're supposed to think they're marvellous because they got you there "early". Ahem.

I am sure that the actual times they give you are not flight times but typical "gate" to "gate" times which allows for taxi, take off, landing etc...
Sure i read it somewhere but can't remember now.
