You forget that people in the UK have been living with bomb threats for decades.

In an area close to where I used to live in Manchester, someone was arrested for putting cocaine in the bags for trick or treaters. Apparently he did it "for a laugh". http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/...t-8277366.html
