Interesting fact in the write up

"The Ontario-based company is governed by that province's Consumer Protection Act, which says the the final charge canâ€™t be more than 10 per cent of the quote."

Well spotted Animal. This had disturbed me...what a load of gits in the removal company, they basically hijacked this woman's furniture.
