I've no idea what it's like, but this place is advertising itself as "THE ENGLAND WORLD CUP HQ in Toronto ... can get together to watch the games with a load of other England supporters. ... sausage rolls and Brit style curries PLUS a 'Full English' Breakfast buffet for the early game(s)."

I may be showing my age as I haven't lived in Toronto in over 20 years but the Feathers pub on Kingston Road may be a good place
https://www.blogto.com/sports_play/2...-toronto-2018/ Here is a list although the England suggestion is a Man City supporters place.

If Englishers or Brits have any sense they will be nowhere near a pub drinking the official swill I mean beer of the World Cup.

Not Toronto, but our local pub in Manotick (nr Ottawa) is jammed full of Brits most of the time - and yes, lots of screens with 'football' (the proper one) on!!

Hooters always has a good vibe! You can't watch the game in much finer company.
In all seriousness though the game will be so widely shown I can't imagine "Englishers" going out of their way to congregate in one place.

We watched the Panama game in the Queen & Beaver on Elm St at Younge. Worked well for us. A cheerful noisy crowd, including a couple of Panamanians, good food and friendly staff. Oh, and the result was not too shabby.

Thanks for letting us know where's there's a few people congregating for a bevvy or 3 - a bite to eat - and the football! Hopefully there'll be a few extra folk who might join you next time.
