Maybe they do for special people, who knows?

Montreal is a place the OP should look at if the embassy people agree the OP is a perfect match for the new "I am great and I can move to Canada tmw if you like visa" ;)

Thanks I did have a look at this website and I would indeed be eligible for both Working Holidays and Young Professionals categories if I manage to get an employment contract, on the other side I think it's pretty hard to get it when you are not living in Canada yet

Well I had a look to the embassy website and it indeed refers to the website Snowy560 gave me, so it's even easier !

Was a little joke but it appears they changed the rules for francophone folks so maybe you could get a I am special French speaking person visa !! Who knows ehh !!
