Beer and Hangover

Does anyone else suffer with mad hangovers after having a few Canadian draft beers? Rarely go to the pub but my god what a banging head after. Only had 4 pints over long period.

The way the Brits drink, a long period could be 45 minutes, consequently pissed.

Best remedy is pickled gherkins - as many as you can handle. Administer orally.

I now lead a righteous life so do not need them !

Just drink a pint of water before going to bed. If you don't have water, American beer will do.

My aim is to make you see the error of your ways, repent and lead a righteous life !

Which reminmds me of a joke. Custom,er in Phramacy says

"I tried this Analgin but it is no good. Can I have some Oralgin please ?"

Same alcohol content as Canadian beer so you may as well have another 50. One bottle of 50, Blue, Stock, whatever the other Canadian ones are called, gives me a headache, I assume that's because they contain some sort of antifreeze.

Yes, if you drink the cheap nasty draft stuff as I believe its because they don't have clean systems. There's place just up from me that does a smashing pint though, but its nearly all European stuff.

Red Racer ESB and Phillips Blue Buck to name but two of the past culprits.

Fullers or Youngs never caused this much head aggro :)

Two pints of water before bed. You'll be up several times in the night but will not be so sore in the morning.

If you are out then grab a thick shake at the end of the night for optimum results.

Or down some Pedialyte electrolyte powder before bed and after waking up.
