had a super quick look around the site to see if anyone had mentioned it before, but apparently not.

"British Columbians shopping in Washington state are eligible for a tax break when the harmonized sales tax comes into effect on July 1."

That's the state law, residents of any state or province that does not have a provincial or state sales tax is exempt. Don't forget to pay HST & any duty when coming back though
