BC Nurses shortage.
 

Apparently there is quite a severe shortage in specialized nursing in BC.

The BC gov't is apparently changing the evaluation process in April 2016, so foreign trained nurses can enter the work force quicker.

Province is apparently recruiting in US, Ireland and UK, as well as recruiting specialty nurses from within North America.

1,000 some nursing positions vacant across the province currently.

"By simplifying the process, it can help internationally educated practitioners enter the work force faster based on their skills, education and experience."

The email goes on to say that the Ministry is currently advertising for nurse recruits in the U.K., Ireland and U.S., as well as actively recruiting specialty nurses from within North America."
