Bankers Draft Question and forms query
 

I have just posted off our Permanent Residence forms, and I have just remembered that I forgot to write our name and address on the back of the bankers draft. Do you think the London Visa Office will send us it back?

Also do you have to fill out the immigrant summary form and send it with your Permanent Residence application? It is 4 pages long and must be completed in duplicate. I cannot find any mention of it on the main CIC website, but it is on the London Visa Office website?

Please help, as I am now worried that I have done my application all wrong.
