I drove through the other month trying to get to the US when the Red River had flooded but don't have any great insight to offer from that!

Have you seen this site though? Lots of info, including census data/avg. income etc ---> http://www.communityprofiles.mb.ca/c...cgi?id=4602046

Been there quote a few times playing soccer and house hunting.
They are developing a new sub-division with a man made like that will have plans for a scuba club fishing and tennis courts on an island running / Skating (blades and wheels depending on time of year). There is also alot of traffic of people working in Wpg.

Small town just a few stores on the main drag, quite a few churches, has all levels of schooling upto grade 12, alot of people work in the local farms a Agi research company Biotech or something like that.
Don't recall seeing dance classes so from there to downtown to RWB is probably 45+ minutes early evening.

When house hunting we always stop at local stores and talk to people and everyone was happy enough. Don't know if your chickens would be welcomed in the town but there are several areas of houses on large lots just outside.

thanks grah, that sounds promising, don't mind the journey to rwb as long as its a straight road and I don't have to tour isabelle street again

decided not to have chickens, rabbits, horses at home, with paul away a lot of the time it will be enough for me to cope with the kids.

going crazy here waiting for the house to sell, keep emailing removal companies but they are not falling over themslelves to get back to me.

my uncle has offered to have our dog. grace auditioned for royal ballet covent garden yesterday, other than that everything is quiet.

hope things are well with you, hows that garage door of yours?
