Default Anyone up for a Toronto get together

Hey Everyone,

As winter is nearly over (I hope) I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a meet-up in downtown Toronto some weekend, maybe we could meet in a bar or a restaurant.......

Would be great to meet up with some of you....

Nat

How about either Friday 4th or Saturday 5th of May. Not sure where you all will be coming from but maybe somewhere downtown near to Union Station for those who are wanting to pretake in a few drinkies and can then take the train home.

The Belagio, or however you spell it. After umpteen trips to the Venetian I couldn't face any more imitation gondolas or fake sunsets.

That's rather a posh hotel is it not?

If you haven't seen circus de solei (or however it is you spell it) then I would highly recommend it, absolutely fantastic.

I'm not sure which Vegas hotels are posh and which aren't. I've previously stayed at the Manadaley Bay, the Luxor and the Venetian, all of which were as tasteful as Filmore's. I did see the Cirque ages ago but they're no doubt revamped it, I'll see what that American woman wants to do, she is herself a souvenir of a previous trip out there so there's some nostalgia involved.

Is Saline Dijon still playing in Vegas? And those two germanic blokes one of whom got (rather deservedly IMHO) mauled by a tiger?

I imagine Ms. Dion whines on and that Seig or Freid or Oy or whatever's left draw a mawkish crowd.
