British Expats - Anyone in Peterborough ?

(Peterborough, ON by the way !)

Hi,

I moved here a grand total of 1 week ago and my wife and youngest are still in the UK and will be until he finishes his GCSEs next May/June. My eldest son is in Kelowna.

Just wondering if there were any Brits living in Peterborough area. I'm in a B&B at the moment and probably will be until my wife moves over but it's inexpensive (yes, cheaper than renting an apartment), warm and everything so happy on that side. Hoping to get myself a car this week to run around in and get rid of the rental.

Enjoying it so far but I'm guessing I'm still in my 'honeymoon' period. Under orders to look at areas and schools for my youngest when they arrive next year but no rush so just taking it laid back and relaxed at the moment (don't tell my wife that ;) )

Skype is a god send as the B&B has wireless so great to keep in contact back hom with my family and even watch Brit TV if I want.
