Anyone interested in a nest egg?

Got a three bed terraced house in desirable Tywnyrodyn area of Merthyr Tydfil, rented to a long term DSS tenant (lovely lass with small family). She loves it there and is a perfect tenant. We are looking to sell it on now (with a sitting tenant - can't be half bad) as we are no longer in a position of affordability with a new kid on the way and one salary. House is lovely. I'll probably end up regretting the decision to sell, but all you expats out there wishing to add to your portfolios, the price is 115k asap. pm for more info. I'm sure there'll be plenty of jokes, too.

Cheers,
Sid

If I was still in Britain, I'm sure I'd have been the police's first port of call for this - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/w...ds/6469489.stm

Creme Eggs are okay here, imported from the UK, *but* the sneaky beggars put 3 foul local Caramilk ones (yes, ones that ooze nasty caramel) into every 6 pack. Now that's criminal.

Oh i prefer caramilk, we used to run down to the vending machine in the hotel lobby and buy bars of the stuff to eat in the room. :D

Could be. Or at least know a couple of men who could be.

PM or Email me further details.
